What did you do to get this issue? Nothing. I haven’t even tried playing on FiveM yet.
What server did you get this issue on? All the servers that I tried.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows Security
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. Restarting the computer multiple times, reinstalling FiveM, cleared prefetch, uninstalling FiveM completely even cleaning up FiveM-related registry entries, transferring GTAV directory, used a VPN, used LAN, then switched to Wifi, changed DNS on IPv4, and IPv6, and changing screen resolutions from 1440p to 1080p (thought it could do something).
