What did you do to get this issue?

Created two servers, one with ■■■■■■■■■■, One with ZapHosting. I set up my servers, and my friend joined successfully, I tried loading into my servers and this issue persistently shows. I can join other 5M servers, just not my own.

What server did you get this issue on?

■■■■■■■■■■, and ZapHosting

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Yes Disabled

Also add what you already tried so far.

I ensured the firewall is allowing FiveM through my Windows firewall settings.

I have restarted my servers and reinstalled my servers.

I have hit dead ends with both ■■■■■■■■■■ and ZapHosting support teams, as the servers are running fine on their end.

Please also describe the issue you are having, providing as much information as possible will help us to help you. A good format you could use: what have you tried to do, what did you expect to happen and what actually happened.

I reset my servers and tried to re-enter the servers, I expected to go in-game, but was unable due to a message of “failed to connect (3 attempts);

I tried to reinstall the server on ■■■■■■■■■■ and ZapHosting, but got the same failed after 3 attempts message.

I tried to allow FiveM through my firewall on the control panel> Allow an app or a feature setting, but still failed after 3 attempts.

Try joining some other servers (the b2699 Test one and a few others of your choosing, it’s not super important) and see if those work at all. If not you have a significant networking hiccup somewhere, best call your ISP Support team and ask for help there
