Failed handshake to server. CURL error code 7

Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Latest windows 10
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Tried clearing caches, reinstalling both fivem and launcher.

System specifications x64 based, AMD Ryzen 5 1600 six core.
What did you do to get this issue? Nothing, I was able to join the server for the past few months and then all of a sudden I kept getting the error.
What server did you get this issue on? NoPixel via the launcher they use

.dmp files/report IDs

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Windows defender.
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried reinstalling both fivem and the np launcher, tried restarting internet, tried to use a VPN… didn’t change anything. I’ve asked the support within nopixel discord but they said its a common issue and that there’s nothing they can do to help lol
