Failed handshake to server (CURL error code 7)

Hello! I have this error when connecting to the NoPixel server:

This problem only occurs when connecting to this very server. I have tried connecting to others and have no problems. Thanks for the help!

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Social Club
Windows version? 10 original
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Yes

System specifications Intel(R) Core™ i5-4460 CPU @ 3.20GHz Processor, 16GB RAM, 64 Bit, AMD Radeon R9 200 Series
What did you do to get this issue? Entering NoPixel Server. Only happens on this server not on others.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? All disabled
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

In terms of NoPixel side, launcher is up to date, modded files are up to date, GTA folder is in a valid location and all Windows C++ Redistributables are installed.

its simple just try to connect to the server by using f8 the console write there this : connect ip

Also tried that as well, same problem! But thanks for the tip.

I get the same error code for the same port, but i cannot join via f8 due to NoPixel having a launcher
