Windows version? Windows 10 Home (Not activated - Not original)
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again? Try many times removing the cache folder and do not change anything

What did you do to get this issue? Clear cache, Delete FiveM and install it again, Restart FiveM, Restart steam, Restart internet router and activate compatibility with windows 7 (Right click> Properties> Compatibility> etc.)
What server did you get this issue on? In all
CitizenFX.log file I do not understand
.dmp files/report IDs I do not understand

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Try to deactivate
Also add what you already tried so far.

I tried to do everything and I still could not solve the following error:

Failed handshake to server 00.000.000.000:00000 - Failed to connect to 00.000.000.000 port 00000: Timed out - CURL error code 7 (Couldn’t connect to server).
