I did a factory reset on my PC I have done it before and haven’t had any issues accessing my characters in certain cities. When I did a factory reset I logged into all the same accounts that I had before connected and when I load into the city I am in all the time my characters don’t pop up at all it just gives me the option to create a new character, Im worried that if i create a character that it will delete my other ones will delete. Everything has been the same when I look into my apps it shows all the authorized computers i had before which is the same thing. I wanted to know what else do I need to be logged into in order to see my characters.
I have reset my pc before and my characters were still present. I don’t know what changed now.

Hello 1901Blitz, are you sure you’ve retained all the accounts you had before? I recommend double checking. If everything seems in order, the only advice I can give is to contact the server admins and ask them to restore what you had previously!
When you factory reset your PC, your Rockstar identifier can change. The only thing you need to do is ask the server owners to replace your ID in their database with the new one, they can see your new one as well.
