F8 quitting from fivem or when fivem crashes causes my twitch livestream to crash and my pc to freeze

Everytime I f8 quit from fivem or everytime Fivem crashes while livestreaming my stream crashes and my pc starts to freeze up

Running out of memory.

So basically 8gb of ram is not powerful enough to stream fivem without any issues being involved correct? Also how much ram do you think I should have thats best suitable to stream fivem

16 GB should still be enough for servers with custom content to not cause any issues.
