If an issue with starting: my emotes/actions are so buggy, for example when i do the sunbathe emote on simple trainer or f4 menu it shows me doing it but it shows other people me going on my phone

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yep

Also add what you already tried so far. Reinstall fivem, Reinstall Simple Trainer, Reinstall GTA 5

this problem is not fivem related its a known thing to happen.

Remove your client mods inside the gta folder. Apparently some graphics mod does this, and it looks like you’ve got a lot of mods installed.
