Experiencing delay on ingame actions

Hey guys,

Recently I have been experiencing “delay” on my server. Moving is still just smooth, but commands no longer work. They come in a sort of queue and then after a while everything comes through in one go.
My build is 1715 but I also have it on other builds

The server that FiveM runs on:
2x Intel Xeon E5645 6c 2,4 Ghz
12x 16GB Samsung DDR3 1600 Mhz
Using a Samsung SSD

Now my question is. Does someone know a solution? Anyone have any idea where to look for this problem?
