Experiencing abnormal fps drops

Hi, I’m experiencing ridiculous fps drops that I’ve never had before the latest creators update for windows 10 became available. Since the update was available, as soon as I join a server my fps is capped to 5 regardless of how many people are in the server or how many custom cars are spawned near me or otherwise (normally these things do not affect my fps either). I am using a reshade but I have been for a short while now and it hadn’t changed my fps.I updated my windows to creators update and my nvidia drivers as well, but still the problem persists. Appreciate any help.

Up to date? Yes
Legit or Pirate copy? Legit
Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam
Windows version? Win10 ver 1703
Error screenshot? none. just 5 fps on the fps counter

update: it seems that this issue is server related.

Check to make sure your GPU drivers are up to date. After the windows update.

Make sure you run it with your dedicated graphics card.

Also, it might be the ENB you use… as their are several .ini’s in your GTA V folder.
