HIYA!
So a few days ago my server became a patreon of FiveM.
We have updated our server keys however as of yet our server title colours are not showing and we are unable to stream EUP skins to the server.
Any ideas on this?
If it’s just a matter of waiting I don’t mean to seem impatient it’s just because I was told it takes about 4 hours to go into effect.

Your forum account doesn’t have the argentum title, so your Patreon is not linked to FiveM.
Make sure the Patreon and this forum email are the same. It will then sync within 6 hours.
So I realised I used a different email for Patreon and at some point made another account I don’t remember when lol this account is the one linked with the Patreon with the argentum title. I went ahead and made 2 keys for my public and test server and put them in so hopefully that will do the trick! (currently it doesn’t work but I assume it may take a while)

Then ask in the EUP topic for help. You definitely have the right policies so all you can do is ask for resource help. EUP is not by FiveM
