If i buy the FiveM Element Club Argentum for 15 euro a month will i keep the EUP after that month or will i have to pay 15 euro every month to get eup working?
It’s per month, and it gets refreshed (and you have to pay again) every 1st of every month - that’s how Patreon handles pledges, currently. And you dont “get EUP” by pledging - all you get is the ability to stream custom clothing, not the actual clothing files (those you have to download from this forum or somewhere else)

Not really, at least not from the get-go - that EUP pack is made for singleplayer and while you can mess around and make it work in FiveM, it’s not really worth the hassle. Grab the latest EUP from this post and use that one.
Also, just to clarify, EUP is the items of clothing made to work on a freemode ped (the ped used in vanilla GTA:O, known as mp_X_freemode_01 ), and you dont get the actual EUP by pledging, as I explained. You can have EUP files in your server files, but they won’t stream and work correctly unless you have a Patreon subscription to CFX!

I’m not explaining the same thing the third time, but yes - the actual files are free and can be downloaded without hassle or pledging - it’s getting them work on FiveM server what’s locked behind a paywall.
but does anybody know how to NOT get copyrighted with logo like, nike, puma and adidas?
This is well off-topic, I will still answer though - either find packs with no logos (or “fake” ones), or remove the logos yourself. It’s not that hard, TBH, all you need is software to edit DDS files (look at GIMP for a start) and OpenIV
