Ethad Towers, five towers each containing 12 apartments, with a total of 63 apartments across the towers. It was built next to the amusement park in the first city.
The project includes swimming pools, family seating areas, and business lounges on the rooftop of the main building.

A spacious parking garage connects directly to the elevators and the reception entrance.
An elevator script has been attached for moving between the apartments and key facilities.
