Esx_vehicleshop players cant sell cars

I have a problem with the new version of esx_vehicleshop I have to rewrite so that not only the cardealer job can sell the cars but also all other jobs such as unemployed

Check your config file and turn "Config.EnablePlayerManagement " to FALSE!
