ESX Server (Rcktnde Hosted) Stuck after ESX registration Screen

I created a ESX Server through Rcktnde Hosting and i can’t even start it. When i launch the server on FiveM: Loading screen is super fast but at soon as register my username, last name and height; it gets stuck.

Note: I can see the City and listen to the cars and everything but my player doesnt appears so i cannot move and interact with the world. Can you help me out? Its very frustrating! I have 2 days no sleep… Thanks!

That is not an authorized host, you have been scammed. Send a copy of your invoice to @zaphosting and they may provide you with a credit

It is, starts with Rocket and ends with Node lol. I dont know why i cannot type it normally here, maybe the rules… But anyway, ESX doesnt work with the installer this server hosting company provides, the only one i know it’s working is their Qbcore framework installer, also with some issues but this one at least let’s me play

they aren’t an authorised host, unfortunately for us users zap hosting is the only authorised host and any other hosts that say they provide fivem servers and setup have their servers blacklisted, zap is a bit anti competition and has monetary ties to the devs with their name being plastered on the server list and the docs. I usually suggest getting a vps from a good host and just installing the latest artifact on there and using txadmin recipes if you want to get a basic esx server running.

Hey there,

As mentioned, we are the only Authorised Gameserver provider (GSP) for FiveM. Feel free to contact our support team by creating a ticket on our website and a support colleague will get back to you as soon as possible. :slightly_smiling_face:

Many thanks!
