Is this an actual drug creator or jus for effects

the actual item must be manually added to your specific inventory system, after that, you can configure what you want the drug to do upon use with this script, whether it be add health, armor, speed, sound effects, video effects, movement effects, change ped flags, shake the camera, make player become immune to fire/teargas/etc., up the firerate or weapon damage or even all of them together at the same time :slight_smile: lots of possibilities and many that I did not even list here.
