Esx_kashacters Spawning As Default PED

Hello, I am using es_extended v1.1.0, I recently download esx_kashacters and it gives an error on esx_skin, The skin saves in the data base but cant load into the game. Im not sure if anyone could help but I been trying to figure this out for awhile.
