Could you give us a little more information? Whats the problem, when did it occur, what was possibly causing the problem…?
The inventory shows two sets of the same item (bread) and when you use one, the other is stuck in your inventory. I tried hunting down this bug, and found that under mySQL user_inventory it was creating two entries for a singular item, and the inventory was counting them both the same.
