The radar/minimap is shown or hidden if you posses or not the gps item.

so what does this script do?
Exactly what it says lol…its an item…instead of the mini map automatically shown…it becomes an “item” in a shop. You have to buy it in order to see the mini map…self explanatory title…lol

No it’s not, it really remove it from the HUD.
Read the script, the native to achieve what you’re trying to do is in it.

The script is not working for everyone on my server…
It work only for a few people otherwise almost everyone have their minimap open while not having the gps

Can we somehow make it work in a car without buying a gps and on foot we need to have a gps?
i think its vMenu that block the minimap in place

Also wondering if or how you fixed this? im using Vmenu and when using this script even without GPS in my inventory, the mini map still shows. Any info would be great

It does not work with vMenu.
Because vMenu default showing the map, you’ll have to disable vMenu or the current script. Or simply make vMenu not showing HUD whatsoever.
Is it possible to make this work just when a ped get in car?
