[ESX] CRP House Robbery
Hey folks, this is my first paid resource release! Today I’m bringing you CRP House Robbery - a house robbery system for ESX Framework communities!
The mechanics to this resource are rather simple - you approach a ped and third-eye to hand over an item to get the location of a house to rob, you approach the house and lockpick the door. If you get the lockpick right it allows you entry where you can then start searching for various places inside to rob. Once all locations have been searched, you can then go back to the front door and flex [F] to exit, upon which a cooldown timer will start preventing the player from doing too many robberies too frequently.
It has built-in support to receive robbery locations via LB Phone’s email system. If you do not use LB Phone, you can disable email functionality which will then plot a waypoint to the house and send notifications instead.
The house uses the same interior for robberies, however, it uses routing buckets to ensure that you do not get multiple players conflicting when doing robberies. It is planned to support multiple interiors in the future.
You will receive lifetime updates to the resource.
YouTube Showcase

You’re selling a script for $30 and putting up a single photo as the only showcase? What the hell, man?
I did create a YouTube video prior to posting, which I had forgotten to include. I shall update it soon.
Edit: I’ve added the link to the video. Just as an FYI, this is my first release and there may be small issues. Perhaps a better way you could have worded your question so as to not come across standoff-ish was to ask “Hey mate, do you have a showcase video or more pictures?” instead of “What the hell?”.
What sets this apart from the multitude of free house robbery scripts out there?
Hey mate, long time no see…
This resource was hand-written over the last few months. It uses routing buckets to ensure that players don’t clash, establishes a ped which a player has to give an item to in exchange for coords to a house to rob, adds support for receiving emails through LB Phone, among others. You can go here to check out the config file for what is customisable. This isn’t a final release and there are improvements and additions to be made, this is IMO a strong working and stable start.
Whilst there are a number of free house robbery systems out there which people can use, the vast majority of the ones I came across were either old and outdated, or didn’t work the way I wanted it to. The solution was for me to write my own from the ground up so I knew what went into it and how it operated. Most community operators who have the knowledge and skillset to rewrite these and clean them up for their communities I imagine would do so (which is what I believe you’ve done for yours). This is more for those who want a system which is maintained and kept current, and/or don’t have the time/skill/knowledge to write their own or update an old, outdated or broken one.
There are a large number of paid resources already released, and free versions of these resources as well. People don’t have to spend the money to buy resources and can write their own. People get what they pay for - they can either write their own and maintain it themselves, or they can pay for a resource which is maintained by a developer. The choice is theirs. If people stopped releasing paid resources simply because of all the free resources available, there would be minimal (if any) paid resources being released.
