Escrowed resources can't load client-side files

1. Environment information

2. Description
Escrowed resources can’t load client-side files causing the scripts to not work.

3. Expected behaviour
Escrowed resources should be able to load client-side files.

4. Actual behaviour
When an escrowed script starts, its encrypted client-side files can’t load because of the error:
bad binary format (forbidden)

5. Reproducing the bug
Try to start a resource with escrowed files and check client F8 console. Example:

Error parsing script @resource-name/client/main.lua in resource resource-name: @resource-name/client/main.lua: bad binary format (forbidden)

Started to happen around the time artifacts 7466 were published. Switching the client build from Beta to Release seems to fix the issue for the time being (EDIT: only worked for some people, now there are people reporting release won’t work either).

Same here. Every script with Tebex-Escrow does not work.

Bumps the ticket so mybe someone from cfx will notice it, since service monitor dose not monitor escrow…
