Originally I tried to launch and this error opened straight away, but now I can get into the game, but if I alt tab alt tab back in it freezes and I cant do anything, and if I join any server it comes up with the same error

I’ve tried deleting the priv folder, ive tried restarting computer, ive deleted cache folder.
I do not want to resort to reinstalling as it takes a long time.
