Error when starting server: "Couldn't load resource monitor: couldn't parse URL"

Hello,
I’m trying to do a localhost server following the FiveM documentation: Setting up a server - Cfx.re Docs
But when I start the server with the cmd, there are errors about resources [view on screen]

And when I try to connect with the localhost option in FiveM I have this error:

I don’t know how to fix it, can you help me please ?
