Error when starting server: "Couldn't load resource monitor: couldn't parse URL"

I’m trying to do a localhost server following the FiveM documentation: https://docs.fivem.net/docs/server-manual/setting-up-a-server/
But when I start the server with the cmd, there are errors about resources [view on screen]

And when I try to connect with the localhost option in FiveM I have this error:

I don’t know how to fix it, can you help me please ?

I am having the same i usually delete it but i need this resource can someone Help
