This is an English-only forum, so help will be provided in English
Make sure to restart your PC and router, first of all; if that doesn’t help run the following two commands in an elevated cmd.exe separately:

netsh winsock reset
ipconfig /flushdns

Then restart your PC again. If it still doesn’t work find and use a VPN service.
