Error When FiveM Is Loading / How Long For Patreon To Activate My Keys

Hi Everyone,
I am getting a message when I run FiveM (It is on a Azure VPS) and even if I remove the “ensure” status I still get the error for the script. It keeps coming up with the error; QUEUE: [connectquie] Disabling hardcap. I really am not sure what hardcap even does so I am hoping someone can help me out.
On a little easier note, I just upgraded my Patreon to the $25 plan and was wondering how long it will take before my keys are linked. I am assuming it will allow me to utilize EUP again and also was wondering about OneSync or if I have to buy that separately. Any help, comments, suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Any key over 15€ gives you clothes and onesync, If u wanna know more u can read about what they give u on pateron. And about the queue, it says that on all the servers with the same system. Nothing to be worried about, About the keys upgrading i’m not sure how that works.
