Hello, when I update my asset I get an error that keeps popping up “an unexpected error occurred. please try uploading your asset again. if the error persists, contact support.” Can you please help me?
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I’ve been trying to re-upload the asset since Wednesday but the same problem persists, on a different browser, on a different Keymaster account, but the problem persists.
