What is the issue you’re having?

I have not encountered this message previously. I have submitted a ticket to the server regarding my connection attempt, which resulted in the following error. However, it has been reported that others are able to navigate the city without any issues.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

Clear Cache, I know this will not fixed the problem.
