Could not connect to session provider. This may happen when you recently updated, but other players in the server have not. Alternately, the server accepted you, despite being full. Please try again later, or try a different server.

not letting more then one person join

Contact the support team of wherever your server is hosted at, usually this is a byproduct of a faulty proxy/firewall config. Your server console may have the answer, but not in all cases, so check it too.
