**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?ESET
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?yes

So, is https://content.cfx.re/updates available in your browser, like the message says? If not, you’ve got something blocking connection; if you cant figure it out yourself, I suggest contacting your ISP support staff for help.
