**CitizenFX crash zip file (‘Save information’ on a crash):i don’t have this fil
**logs/CitizenFX_log files:i don’t have this file
**.dmp files/report IDs:i don’t have this file
**Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?ESET
**Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?yes

So, is https://content.cfx.re/updates available in your browser, like the message says? If not, you’ve got something blocking connection; if you cant figure it out yourself, I suggest contacting your ISP support staff for help.

This is what it shows me
