What did you do to get this issue?
Installed a shader pack, didn’t like it, so removed it and tried to replace old files with the new ones, them being the “Citizen” Folder and caches.xml. After doing this, the error begun

N/A, Issue prevents me from starting fivem

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?
No
Also add what you already tried so far.
Reinstalling multiple times, downloading the dll itself and putting it in the fivem folder, checked graphics drivers, scanned windows for faulty dll’s.
