My friend has this current error when trying to login to the game server. He’s tried reinstalling REDM, as well as deleting the following folders (which worked for a different person’s error, didn’t work for him)–but as of right now, he’s unable to login:

I’m not sure but if your friend used windows 11 must delete some latest windows updates coz the redm with win11 in last updates not working good but i tell you I’m not sure.i cant find the post from a guy here who have the same problem and fixed but delete some last win11 updates. I hope this help
Thank you! He is on Windows 11, he says its somewhat working, but the cursor will move off the screen while he plays if he has a second display on. He might try the fix you suggested though, Ill report back here if he does.
