Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
Tried clearing cache, restarting PC, reinstalling Fivem

This is happening to tons of people after about 4-5 people have joined. It seems to happen randomly.
