Which antivirus/firewall software are you using?
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

Also add what you already tried so far.
updated the video card drivers
delete the video card drivers and installed it again
updated the directx

since the middle of july i got crash too, not like yours but i can say that seems to be after the drivers update of the 9 july
