Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
First, I need to use VPN to update FiveM. Second, all servers are working properly, but in one especific server, some resources can’t be downloaded. This text appears when I press F8: ResourceCacheDevice reporting failure downloading (any resource.ybn or .ydt…): OpenSSL_connect: Connection was reset in connection to 141.11.197.81:30024 - CURL error code 35 (SSL connect error)
What are you trying to do?
Uninstall FiveM and GTA 5 and install again, try with another internet in different home, speak with server owner (everybody can play properly in that server).
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
What I said in the previou answer.
