Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? Nothing is enabled.
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes.

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried reinstalling the file stated fresh from the location however no success? I have not seen anyone with the same issue so please get back to me i’d love to play. thanks!

Since it’s a connection issue, try using a VPN for a start.
It’s also good practice to open your cmd.exe as admin and run these two separately before using a VPN:

ipconfig /flushdns
netsh winsock reset

Restart your router(s) and PC, then try running it.
