Error download Fivem and crash

Steam/CD/Social Club?: -Rockstar Launcher
Windows version? Windows 10 1809
Did you try to delete caches.xml and try again?: honestly not

System specifications: Amazon.it 1
GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE 505

I haven’t played any servers yet

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?: yes

Practically as soon as I download the program and open it I immediately get this error, I don’t even get to download the caches sometimes
