Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

Also add what you already tried so far. I have tried reinstalling Five M serveal Times.

Also I need a reply very soon cause I run a five m community and I need to be able to get on and play and make sure everything works so I need a reply very soon by a developer or high up admin thank you

Those screenshots do not provide the required information. Please show us a screenshot of what’s actually inside your FiveM (application data) folder and show where it’s located.

Guessing from what can be seen in your GTA V folder screenshot, you probably have FiveM installed INISDE your GTA V folder. You must install FiveM OUTSIDE of your GTA V folder…

Also, remove all mods from your GTA V folder. FiveM requires a clean installation of GTA V.
