What have you tried already to fix the issue?

I tried to remove the FiveM even from the registry and fix my system using sfc /scannow
and DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
I even took the legitimacy.dll and nui-core.dll from my friend who has the game working fine for him
but the same error
I restarted my computer about 15 times, reinstalled the FiveM, and redownload it from the official website
I even tried to remove Steam and reinstall it although I have the game on Epic
I even updated the GTAV and checked files from epic
Updated my Nvidia graphic card, VC_redist, and .NET Framework to the latest update
but the same error each time

What server did you get this issue on?

the last server i was playing in is my local server
