I already tried to check the steam api in system 32 it’s not that

I tried all the solutions suggested on the forum and none worked.

I don’t have a cache file

modifying the citizen is useless

Removing v8.dlls doesn’t work either

Remove all these excessive files from your GTA V folder (and, if somehow any v8_*.dll files are in system32, there too).

ok i will try and get back to you later If I delete everything and restart gta, will the file be recreated?
