What did you do to get this issue? i just downloaded it and opened it and got the issue
What server did you get this issue on? none i just cant open it

Your GTA folder is a mess. Remove any files that don’t belong in a standard installation (mods, FiveM stuff that I see). Also verify GTA V http://rsg.ms/verify
