Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? yes
I’ve also tried uninstalling and reinstalling FiveM multiple times, as well as restarting my PC, and deleting the cache files. The only thing I haven’t done is reinstall GTA V itself, if that could even be an issue. I’d really rather avoid needing to redownload the game, but if I have to then I will.
