What did you do to get this issue? I installed the aplication but when it starts running (and the rockstar launcher is opening a window with the error appears.

Which antivirus/firewall software are you using? I was using avast, but I uninstalled it
Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus? Yes

I also tried to install again the aticfx64.dll driver but there was no change
