So I see that your new, did u select the correct folder for where you have GTA V installed?

Unsure what you mean. What folder should it be installed in? Steam just installs it in the Steam dir

Make sure that you have selected the actual folder that GTA V is installed in, not just Steam directory. It should be the folder under /steam/command/GTA or something similar.

i am having problem too but no one help nothing does i am sad

Are you having the same exact error as me?

Have you tried to verify the integrity of your GTA V game files

Edit: This is how you verify game files

Open Steam App → Library Tab → Right-Click GTA V → Click Properties… → Local Files → Verify integrity of game files

Yes I done that earlier.

i would ask the server owners about this problem unless you modified your client.

Have you completely removed FiveM from your PC by uninstalling it? If you haven’t do that, then reinstall. Instructions for uninstallation can be found on the docs page for FiveM.

Definitely didn’t do that. Any idea how to get in touch with them?

I will do that now. Thanks.

Modified client means like plugins and stuff. Try to reinstall FiveM as a whole to get a clean install.

Doing that now. Hopefully it will work

Good news. Uninstalled and reinstalled. It is working now!!!

Great to here! Glad it’s working!

Great!
