Error after loading resources, please help I've been troubleshooting for hours

Disabled it all

What is the issue you’re having?
The Issue is that I’m trying to load into a server that I’ve played for months, however there is an error message that pops up after I load all resources, which takes a while. Then when I close the error message and attempt to fix it, I have to wait again for it to load all resources until I know if what I tried to fix it with worked or not.
What are you trying to do?
I am trying to connect to this server and I’ve tried troubleshooting for at last 12 hours total now. This is kind of my last cry for help.
What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I’ve tried:
Force Restart Computer
Disable firewall/antivirus
Clear Cache
Uninstall and reinstall game
I have 90 GB free on C drive and 500 free on D drive. If I did it correctly I tried to download it on D drive as well incase it was a space thing. However 90GB should be plenty for fivem right?
Reset whole pc and downloaded fivem and gta again

“Couldn’t load resource sessionmanager; Failed to open packfile: Readbulk of header failed: Failed to fetch: Failed to add entry to local storage (download corrupted?)”
What did you do to get this issue?
Nothing, appeared out of nowhere.
What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
