someone help me? people try to join my server but this error pops up. I bought the key over 12 hours ago and the email is all linked. I don’t know what else to do

1.Had you verifyed if the key has been activate, at keymaster when you buy with patreon more slots you need to wait 12/24 hours until the key will be activated;
2.Had you changed from server.cfg and from the panel the slots labels?;
