Steam/CD/Social Club? Steam

I have installed this on a fresh install of GTA V Steam edition twice and still no luck. This error comes up as soon as I launch the download.

hi i got error code 126 what now it sais could not load component citizen-resources-core.dll - windows error code 126 what now how do i fix this
