It all started after I installed Paleto Bay Alive 1.4

Did you try to disable/uninstall your Anti-virus?

yes

Also add what you already tried so far.

I have tried wiping my game completely from my PC and reinstalling it, also reinstalling my server, and removing then re-downloading FiveM

yes i tried all of those im looking throu the custom cars right now to see if there broke

So is it just on your server? You can launch FiveM and everything? If so, try joining a random server to make sure it’s not on your end. And if it is your server, ask your players if they are also having issues.

yes its just my server other players hav noticed it to it seems to happen alot in Sandy by the fire station

Disable any map addons, that might help.

all map addons are gone when i reinstalled the server i made sure they wernt there
