Important parts

What is the issue you’re having?
Error “ERR_FIL_PACK_3”

What are you trying to do?
I am trying to start FiveM. Then the Logo appears, then it becomes transparent and I can see a bit of the EULA agreement I think and then it crashes with the error.

What have you tried already to fix the issue?
I tried reinstalling FiveM, repairing the files with Steam and then I reinstalled the game. Nothing worked.

Error screenshot (if any):

What did you do to get this issue?
I tried starting FiveM with the freshly downloaded FiveM Application. I had it installed and it once. Now it doesn’t.
The FiveM.exe does not even let me do anything and instantly crashes so I have not chosen an install path or any settings.

What server did you get this issue on? Be specific and name some, ‘all of them’ by itself isn’t useful!
None because I was not able to start FiveM.

Do a clean reinstall of the game (delete all files and redownload from scratch), and make sure that your antivirus isn’t messing with the files. Windows Defender is fine, but any third-party tools may do so

Thank you for the reply, I did all that. Installed FiceM like 10 times and the game twice. I don’t know why but it worked eventually. I think it was because I deleted everything my PC had that had anything to do with FiveM. Took me a while to index all the files to find it but it was worth it.
No anti-virus installed, not even windows defender. And I just don’t know why the error occurred. Probably old files that suggested the FiveM installer that it is already installed and then it crashes because it can’t find the installation. Weird that it throws this error.
