I have in the past been able to use Archive Fix and re-encrypt the files and be good but I cant seem to find the file thats causing the issue, so if someone can read the files and tell me where it is so I can encrypt it again, thank you.

I would prefer not to do this, in the past when this error pops up I usually encrypt the file again with archive fix and the game loads fine. Some mods need to be encrypted because it doesn’t have the encryption like the vanilla files in the gta v directory have.
