What is the issue you’re having?

hi there my name is johnno soo im having issues and i hope it is a easy fix soo i have joined a SERVER threw redm and when i go to enable my voice chat and its audio it lets me enable it and i can then hear people talking in back ground but as soon as i press escape to return to game it then pops up a message and says to me to enable this we must restart red dead 2 and any un saved will be deleted so i click yes to accepted but then annther message pops up and says save game failed wish to retry but it dont let me so game crashes

What have you tried already to fix the issue?

ok soo ive unistalled red dead 2 and reinstalled it ive dun the same for social club ive also dun the same for redm not ive gone into my setting in window made sure its allowing redm to voice thats fine ive gone to privacy and made sure redm in in there and accepted um ive gone into my social club and made sure i cloud is ticked for red m i dont no what else to do
